I'm Glad To Say

September 1, 2008 / by sadsomtimes22

I want Obama to get into office because at this point he's our only hope, In getting a better economy. If McCain gets into office he's going to put us in more debt while making us pay more taxes. McCain is like a twin brother to Bush. I bet if McCain gets into office Bush will be running the place. Obama is a wonderful speaker and did wonderful at the Democratic Convention. But those of you that watched or attend the Democratic convention. Did you see that when it was time for Obama to speak he said "Thank You" about 30 times. Before the crowd had settled down. And he tried to start his speech once. But when Mr.Clinton went on stage he said flat out "Shut up". I'm not saying that Obama needs to be as hard as a rock. But he needs to stiffen up. Yes, Obama is aware of the issues in America. And, No he is not experienced. But I'd choose Obama over McCain any day. Because - no, Obama is not experienced but yes, he is better for this country because he is for whats best for all Americans and not just one group. At the Democratic Convention Obama covered everything to me. His plans, some basic things, and some things that really made you think. And I think there is better chances for Obama to get into office because most of Hilary's votes went to Obama because they know Hilary supports Obama.

Actually, Obama's socialist policies will require taxation like never before to fund the policies.  I hope you are ready for all that money to crawl out of your pocket!  And what exactly did obama cover at the DNC>  He NEVER presented a fact-based platform to effect all that change that he promises so freely.

Enjoyed reading your post and welcome to Blogster!  Be prepared to defend your political position coz lots of us McCain supporters on here!

You're saying McCain's not going to increase taxes, you're sadly mistaken. I hope your ready to not have any money in your pocket. Obama is going to lower taxes for the middle class. And he's also gonna bring the middle class back. He's going to make it be where you pay all of your bills every month and still have a little money left over. And trust me if McCain even sets foot in the White House. You're going to be struggling to pay your light bill. Since you supportMcCain so much you must want Bush's twin brother in office.Did you know that McCain support Bush 90% of the time. But I mean if  you liked all of Bush's decisions like the $4.00 gas prices you should vote for McCain. But if you want real change vote for Obama. Oh and let me ask you another thing, Give me one good reason McCain will be so great in office.

Thank you for giving me your honest opinion on my blog. I look forward to hearing back from you. :-)

Yes get ready for the McCain supporters. But that is what America is all about.Freedom to choose who you think will be the better person as president.I myself have not benefited in these last 7 years. But that's just me.I say if you are better off today then before the republicans got into office vote for them. And I say if you are making less money and are worried more about surviving in this economy vote democrat. Because I vote my pocket book. And right now its been empty for a long time.

Amen to that. Honey you are right you are so very right. Not only do you research the candidate. You go by how they present themselves. And what they say there plans really are. Because sometimes you cant go by what there opponent commercial says about them you gotta go by what they say about them. Amen, Amen I know you will vote right and thank you for help get the better candidatein office. I hope to read a lot more of you opinions on the presidency not just on my post but yours and others. You are a very smart person and I hope we can stay in touch.

There is nothing more important in this election than to be "informed" The country faces great challenges in the coming years and it is our responsibility to choose a leader ... Well done

I try to inform not only young voters but people that should already be participating in this event. This election counts a whole lot beacuse this might just represent the next 8 years of our lifes. We need to make the right choice or not only will it cost our pocket book its going to cost out future. I know some people are wondering how they are going to send there kids to a University with no scholarship. It will not be able to happen. McCain talks about the middle class like its still here. Nuh-uh its poor and rich people. If you cant take a bath in $100 bills your in the poor catogory. If you noticed Obama says hes bringing the middle class back cause currently its not available.

    Sorry for the slow reply
